8. EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL

9.1. Primary Contact: The Business Development Manager serves as the primary contact for the Client.

9.2. Communication: Ongoing communication will primarily be facilitated through the assigned Account Manager.

9.3. Invoicing: Any outstanding invoices will be processed through Marketing with Joy’s dedicated Accounts department.

10. INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE FOR MARKETING WITH JOY SERVICES
